Vermicelli Noodles

Rice vermicelli is a very fine noodle made of ground rice and used primarily in Asian cooking.

• Soak noodles in hot water until softened. Drain and add to recipe.
• Add to soups, stir-fries and cold salads
• Use as bed for vegetables, fish, chicken or beef
• Deep-fry and use as garnish
• ·  Use as an ingredient in cold spring rolls, with fresh vegetables, herbs and tofu or shrimp
