Topokki with Spicy Rose Sauce

Rose Tteokbokki is a creamy version of the traditional spicy Tteokbokki (Korean Rice Cake). This adaptation of a traditional Korean dish is very popular in South Korea! Especially great for anyone looking for something with only mild spice.

We suggest adding additional ingredients such as bacon, cheese, instant noodles/pasta, spring onions, and boiled eggs. Instead of boiling the rice cakes with water, you can replace the water with milk or cream.
