Rice vermicelli is a very fine noodle made of ground rice and used primarily in Asian cooking.
- Soak noodles in hot water until softened. Drain and add to recipe.
- Add to soups, stir-fries and cold salads
- Use as bed for vegetables, fish, chicken or beef
- Deep-fry and use as garnish
